Gallery MOA in Heyri Art village has been hold over 100 exhibitions since its opening in April 2004. MOA selects experimental mind artists who can leads contemporary arts in domestic and abroad, and opens exhibitions and seminars.

Especially MOA invited artists from various genres such as, Nigel Johnson (UK), Godwin Bradbear (Australia), Dong-hun Sung, Terje Risberg (Norway), Yun-Bok Lee, Injin Lee, Sangmin Lee, Benoit+Bo (France), ho han, Paolo di Capua (Italy), and opened exhibitions for new media arts, installation arts, Sculpture, printmaking, drawing, photography, video arts and paintings, MOA has been guided to introduce new contemporary arts trends.

At the same time, collaboration with many overseas museums, galleries, curators and critics, MOA has been taken a role for introducing a many Korean artists to biennial, art fair, solo and group shows in abroad. Furthermore, MOA has been opened a special exhibition for carefully selected young and new artist who has good potential once a year. In terms of understanding contemporary architecture, MOA also has been opened regular exhibitions for drawings and photos by famous architects in domestic and abroad. MOA is not only the ‘place of intellectual conversation’ for artists but also recognised as a place for creating an experimental arts.

MOA is designed by leading Korean architect, Prof. K.K Woo and this building received 2005 Korean Architects Association awards and it is also selected ‘1001 buildings you must see before you die’ by Mark Irving (UK). With that reasons, MOA is also loved by many architects as well as artists and someone who loves arts & culture.
